1.INTRODUCTION
In the light of rapid pace of globalization, companies increasingly develop new products for international markets Therefore, the companies have to entail the abilities to coordinate different resources because product success often generates from using the right mix of internal and external resources.
The means of utilizing human resource which creates competitive advantages of new products is one of the key determinants for companies to achieve high business performance. That is why many of the multinational enterprises (MNEs) set up heterogeneous international new product development (NPD) groups in order to gain the competitive advantages.
2.OBJECTIVES
The roles of each of the players within the NPD process, senior management, technical and marketing. The motivations of each of the individuals roles for proficient NPD.
The NPD reward structures including the components that characterise functional integration, focusing on the integration mechanisms used, information flow and levels of trust
The accountability aspects of proficient NPD workgroup decision and process dynamics.
