RBT Reconciliation Process

The entire process, from the end of the month, to which the content provider receives the formatted and detailed report, to issue the invoice has different parts, here's the entire process (in orange) and some processes annexes (in blue).

Checklist before uploading XML Reports

1. Did you use Tools -> MSXML Validate to validate the XML file? 2. Are the timestamps of the transactions in the file reflecting with the month? 3. Is the country code correct at the beginning of the file?

4. If you added transactions, is the temp transaction id reflecting for the month? e. g. <transaction id="40_ADJ_072012_1" rid="">

Checklist before uploading XML Reports

5. If there are more than 50000 transactions, have you split the file into sub XMLs? (If you split the file ensure they all get zipped into ONE ZIP file before uploading to OTS) 6. Have you checked to ensure that no transactions from blacklisted labels are present in the file?

7. Ensure the price of content is accurate (refer to chart on next slide) 8. Is the final count the same as Movistar count? 9. Naming country_OM_yyyymm

Additional Steps for Specific Countries

1. Argentina
The counts per label has to match with Movistar numbers per label. This is for Auth Price rquest that SDP sends

2. Central America Price Changes

You may have to change prices in some of the CA files. Just do a find and replace. Refer to the chart below: Country Price Currency
