The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 20 Lac. over the last One year.

The specifications of all the materials are given. Such as400-grade deformed bar is to be used Mass concrete (1:3:6) in floor Minimum 12 mm thick cement sand (F.M. 1.2) plaster (1:4)
The tenderers have to estimate the materials according to the design of the project The tenderers have to input unit price of the materials as per specification given The tenderers have to provide with the sub total and gross total cost of the materials
The tenderer offering lowest gross total maintaining the specifications and demand will be preferred for the contract of the project
