What to prepare ! 3.1 Rules - Learns from beginning the end. - Learns interpretation of the rules (guideline ,instruction). - Learns how to apply the rules. - Understand the spirits of the rules and the. continuous evolution of volleyball. - Good knowledge leads to good judgment.

4. BEFOR THE GAME

4.1 Reads at least part of rules before the game.

4.2 Analyzing teams characteristic, players, coaches, fans, sport hall, ect.
4.3 Good conversation with refereeing corps. 4.4 Repeats again and again as a slogan that: No one is more important than the game itself, Who is right is not important, but what is right for volleyball.

5. DURING THE GAME

The most Important At the game starts referees are the only neutral people. (must answer to their conscience).

5.1 Do the role as Orchestra conductor ( Not traffic policeman ).

5.2 Cooperate with refereeing corps (always eyes contact ).

Call different situations same decision under same or similar conditions.
From beginning players must know that what are permitted and what are not.

5.4 Intelligent in interpretation the rules and feeling the game.
