What is bullying?
Committed when a student commits an act or a series of acts directed towards another student, or a series of single acts directed towards several students in a school setting or a place of learning, which results in physical and mental abuse, harassment, intimidation, or humiliation. (DepEd, 2012)
What is bullying?
when someone is being hurt either by words or actions, feels bad because of it, and has a hard time stopping what is happening to them (PACER Center, 2012).

If you are a bully, here are some ways to stop Apologize to people that you have bullied, and follow it up by being friendly. They might not trust you right away, but eventually they will see that you have changed.
