Strategy
Cinnabon constantly strives to develop premium beverages that result in a total Guest Wow. An important part of that tradition is the introduction of products that offer a twist on current core menu items.
Therefore Cinnabon will offer the Oreo Chillatta; an exclusive blend of creamy dairy mix, premium Oreo cookies, a hint of vanilla flavoring and ribbons of chocolate sauce. This delicious blend is then topped with whipped cream and crushed Oreo pieces!

Profile
APPEARANCE A creamy blended beverage with pieces of crushed Oreos surrounded by swirls of chocolate sauce and whipped cream. Topped off with finely-crushed Oreos.
FLAVOR Rich dairy flavored with vanilla and chocolate cookie pieces. TEXTURE Smooth blend of cream and ice with Oreo pieces that are small enough to fit through the straw.

The PREFERRED recipe and procedure uses the Kerry Frozen Dairy base. If this is not available in your market, the vanilla ICE CREAM procedure is the next best solution. (See attached required specs.) If you are not able to source Kerry Dairy Base or Vanilla ICE CREAM mix, you may source the Vanilla Freeze powdered mix to build the Oreo Chillatta.

Kerry Dairy Base (Frozen)

DO NOT thaw at room temperature, in warm water, or under running water! Note: Ensure enough product is thawed to meet sales demand. Dairy base has a 14-day shelf life while unopened under refrigeration.

Hold on the serving line under refrigeration at 34F - 40F.

1. Place a frozen bag of dairy base into a clean and sanitized bake pan. Thaw under refrigeration at 34F - 40F for a minimum of 12 hours.

2. Using clean and sanitized kitchen scissors, open a bag of thawed dairy base and pour into a clean and sanitized food-safe, airtight pitcher.

3. Apply a use-by label noting the 7-day expiration time and date.
