ELIGIBILITY
candidate must have passed in final examination of 10+2 (Class XII) or its equivalent referred to as the qualifying examination with 50% marks for general category candidates and 40% marks for SC/ST/OBC/PH category candidates. Those appearing in 10+2 (Class XII) final or equivalent examination may also appear in AIEEE provisionally. The number of attempts which a candidate can avail at All India Engineering/Architecture Entrance Examination shall be limited to 03 (three) uniformly for all the candidates in consecutive years.
EXAM PATTERN
IIIT Hyderabad entrance exam consists of two papers. Each paper is allotted with 1hour and 30 minutes. It is a objective type exam with the multiple choice. Each paper having 100 questions.

APPLICATION PROCESS
Apply through portal specific for this mode of admission and not through CCB counseling. Only the JEE ranks will be used for all regular admissions. IIIT Hyderabad Application Fees Rs.1400. Application fee can be paid via Demand Draft or Online Payment.
SELECTION PROCESS
Students should take JEE Main-2013, and must separately apply for IIIT counseling. The students will be admitted on the basis of the rank in the JEE Main 2013 examination. To maintain high level of academic standards and smooth running of the academic session, IIIT completes all admissions before the start of the academic session.
IIIT Hyderabad does NOT participate in Multiple Rounds of allotment through JEE Central Counseling Board. All admissions are through IIIT, Hyderabad portals.
