Communication
(Independent Variable)

Leads to

Acceptability
(Dependent Variable)

Let A has a high communication skill and B has poor communication skill Considering, Communication = f(initiative, punctuality, openness, creativity, jovial, focused, confidence, public speaking). More the strength of the variables, more is the communication and more is the acceptability of the person. Acceptability in a group might be unidirectional due to disparate communication.

As seen in fig 1, A is accepted by B(as well as C,D,E,F,G), but the reverse is not true. As inferred from fig 2, B is accepted by G,C and D but not A.

Flow of Survey :
i) ii) iii) iv) v) vi) vii) viii) Formulation of Objective and Hypothesis. Preparation of questionnaire and scorecards. MAJOR FINDINGS
There is a high correlation (72.9%) between communication and acceptability. Thus the Null Hypothesis can be accepted. Significance level <5% Observed regression value (R2) is as follows : Males = 79% Females = 68%, Total = 11%

Result : Correlation and the strength between two facts is significantly high According to the survey, o 68% of the sample has work experience and they have a better degree of acceptability than others in an organization o 59% of the sample surveyed are from PGP 2 and it was found that they have a better acceptability o 89% of the sample surveyed are part of some committee or club at BIM and it is observed that they have better acceptability
