Current situation Teacher on duty is the only one accountable should any mishaps take place during school hours. Other teachers will simply resist to take any responsibility and would totally divert all responsibility to the duty teacher solely.
Suggestion
3. BRING CHANGE
Current situation Some teachers are comfortable with the idea of having sleeping student during examination period or T&L, as it is perceived as the ONLY way to have a sense of control over these notorious students. Worst to come, when HM did not take any actions; thus give an implications that this action is accepted.
Suggestion
responsibility to perhaps standardized the criteria so as to set a kind of benchmark that promote comfortable learning environment for the pupils.. This could be done by allocating some fund and resources for the class teachers to beautify their classes as according to the standard set.
activity implemented and let all staff aware (and well-informed) to ensure the targeted program objectives could be successfully achieved.
When too much things are given to HM to decide, this will results in latency and chaos due to many red tapes within school organization.
7. EMOTIONALLY ACTIVE
Current situation Favoritism among the teachers. HM will assign difficult task for non-favourite teachers and easy task for favourite teachers.
Suggestion
There supposedly no
favoritism take place
teachers expertise. And should be assigned based on the focus to improve the teachers proficiency and skills (not as a burden to them)
