To find out the customers satisfaction towards the Abhyudaya Co-operative bank. To find out the customer satisfaction to wards facilities provided by the bank. To study the awareness of services provided to the customers at abhyudaya co-operative bank at worli branch & shamrao vithal co-operative bank. To Compare the both banking services To select the one appropriate bank which provides the better services as per the customers satisfaction amongst the banks .

Literature review
Bank is a financial institution which accepts deposits & lending advances. The abhyudaya co-operative bank was come in beginning of January 1964 started with share capital of RS.5000/- with 83 members. Today the abhyudaya co-operative bank has become a one of large urban co-operative bank with the schedule bank status. The abhyudaya co-operative bank is has the objective of progress & prosperity now it has become a one of lending urban cooperative bank in India.

Hypothesis
The customers are satisfied with the services provided by the abhyudaya co-operative bank The customers are satisfied with the services provided by the shamrao vithal co-operative bank

Limitations of Study
The services provided by the banks is also depends upon response given by organization The sample size is less people or customers because of time constraint The final conclusion of researcher will be depends upon the response provided by the customers
