INTRODUCTION

Eating out in Gwalior has truly come of age. The cities gastronomical landscape is going under a metamorphosis. The spilt of eating out has further developed, the choices available has become more exotic of course we still have dhabas and wayside eateries in which kadhai paneer and Butter chicken rule the roost. But equally we have restaurants which compare all with the gastronomical world view of Gwalior, both ends of the spectrum-butter chicken epitomized by the eateries on the Padav road and the foie grass served to perfection at the orient express-are equally valid. Because nothing captures the spirit of conviviality, better than a meal shared together. The trend of might life of Mumbai has been couriered to Gwalior. These are so many people who want to party, but yes at a good place. The number of rock listeners has grown like anything. The Gwalior hites believe in the mantra WORK HARD, PARTY HARDER several pubs with dance floor has been made to fulfill the demand .

METHODOLOGY

In the beginning to get more familiar to the topic secondary information on the subject was collected from studies done on Project . The source of secondary data was restricted to the library of the institute of hotel Management and Different Hotels. It was decided to use a controlled opinion questionnaire and that too of alternative choice variety . This type of questionnaire were selected for two reasons. Primary sources: Hotels, Teacher Secondary sources: Internet, Books

OBJECTIVES

To study pubs and disc in Gwalior. To study types of bars in Gwalior. To find out menu offered to the customers. Display and dispensing style of alcoholic beverages in Gwalior.

CONCLUSION

People at all locations agreed that they would like to meet friends or family at a place where only non-alcoholic beverage are sold. Regarding the pricing of the products to be served in such a bar outlet, the response most of the people was to keep the average price range between Rs. 15 to Rs. 25. Most of the working people preferred to have a take away facility, as it would save their time. The response of having extra facilities along with the bar outlet was: Internet & email was proffered more by working people and students. Families or shoppers proffered birthday party arrangement. Both shoppers and students preferred pool & video games. Most of the people preferred to have snacks or light meals while enjoying a variety of non alcoholic beverages. Almost all of the people at all the three locations agreed that such an outlet would definitely be successful in India. Students and working people preferred to go to such an outlet five times a week or more but others would like to visit it atlas a week.
