Project Description

Organizational Management system is to provide an option to do the organizations manual daily based works on the computerized system. The organizational management system provides facility to used the computer in the working of organizational works. It provides the system to store the data, create the company, create the computerized bill, print the bill, generate the salary of employees automatically every month. This software also equipped with to enter the attendance of each employee in the organization, it help them to track each employee attendance, based on this we can generate the salary. It helps to make the bill and automatically calculation performed on the bills. The amount of the VAT and C.S.T. is automatically add up to the bill. The software built to generate individual pay slip and summary of the payroll.

System Requirements
Minimum hardware required for the project is given bellow:

Processor Hard disk drive Memory Floppy disk drive Keyboard Mouse Monitor Display color

Intel Pentium (233 MHz) 20 GB 16 MB Ram 1.44 MB Standard Standard VGA/SVGA colored monitor 256 colors

Problems of Existing System


Time Consuming:- Existing system is very time consuming. There is a lot of wastage of time for maintaining, entering the records of various models. Wastages of Man Power:- There is a lot of wastage of main power in the existing menu system to checking various entries. Expensive:- The existing manual system is a very expensive method as a lot of popper work has to be done and lot of wastage of manpower, which increases of the existing systems. Chances of errors:- There are more chances of mistakes in the existing system as enter the one record of model have to be made times. Integrity of data:- Integrity of data is not supported by existing manual system. Data in files have to be transferred from not place to another place easily NonSharing:- The different users in the different department or lab cannot share the data simultaneously. Security:- Less security of the current system. Lot of Paper Work:- It adds the volume of paper and file work. Difficulty to Manage:-There is a lot of paper work which is difficult to manage and store.
