Because time is a valuable resource for business executives, much of their travel is done by air. Once executives arrive at their destination, they may use some type of ground transportation such as a rental car, taxi, or shutle bus Hotel reservations may be made online or by telephone, some hotels offer special corporate rate for business travelers If an executive is traveling only a few hundred miles, she or he may prefer to travel by car. An executive might use a car furnished by the company, a rental car, or a personal car.
