Objectives : To bridge the knowledge gap between the Indian Aviation Industry and International Aviation Industry

Gathering the detailed training courses to be provided to the officers as per the DGCA and FAA requirements for the whole aviation industry. To prepare the training module as per the requirements by DGCA. To collect service related feedback from customers through calling by using the data provided by Company mentor. To accompany company mentor in cold visits and helping him to fix meetings.

Aviation training is an ongoing process Aviation operations is techno-savy and demands regular refresher training. Training bridges the gap between US manufacturer standards and Indian Aviation manufacturers. Training will improve the productivity of Indian Aviation Manufacturers thereby increasing the export.

Project Objectives and Findings

From the various scope of work undertaken while carrying out above project it is opined that the training is ever existing need and demand of Indian Aviation Sector and must be undertaken by all concern(private operators- scheduled /non scheduled, Government as well as NonGovernment Organizations) at regular interval in order to enhance the air-safety.

Recommendations to Company

Recommendation:

As we understand training is an ongoing process, it is recommended that aviation regulators, aircraft operators, aircraft handlers and air-traffic controllers must undergo refresher training at a regular interval to keep the aircraft airworthy.

Learning

I have gained some experience and considerable improvement as to how to talk to people in the big companies and how to take out information from them. I have considerably learnt how to manage between different works and taking corrective actions. I really got to experience the humility of the reasons of why we should work so hard for and the importance of having respect for your place in the world, to appreciate where you came from. And as a person becomes more successful and have to make harder decisions, you may offend people while you build yourself up.
