INTRODUCTION

A background check or background screening is the process of looking up and compiling educational academic records, past employment records, criminal records and financial records of an individual or an organization.

CONCEPT
Background Screening was introduced in India about seven years a back.
Now it has spread over the many sectors such as manufacturing, petroleum, hospitality, health care, retail, travel, telecom, educational institutions and entertainment industries are adopting background screening practice.

HOW DOES IT HAPPENS ???


Verify job titles, start and end dates for each job, salary and job duties. It is a good proof of how background screening becomes a deterrent against employees or prospective employees misrepresenting facts on their resumes or employment applications.

During the completion of my project I did not face many limitations.
