    Oral histology is the study of oral tissues using microscopy. Dental anatomy studies tooth identification, morphology, function and relationships within dental arches. Humans have two sets of teeth, primary and permanent dentitions. The primary dentition consists of 20 teeth while the permanent consists of 32 teeth. There are three dentition stages: primary, mixed, and permanent. The four main tissues of teeth are enamel, dentin, cementum, and pulp.

    Three dentations are:-

    1 Primary dentition 2- Mixed dentition 3- Permanent dentition
