Write down your vision, or share it with a trusted friend. After doing this exercise, you may feel a release of energy and optimism. Envisioning your ideal future can be a powerful way to connect with the real possibilities for change in our lives. To be able to see your leadership style from the view point of others. This can be difficult and dangerous. Actively seek out negative feedback. 360-degree evaluation collecting information from your boss, your peers and your subordinates. Multiple views render a more complete picture because each sees a different aspect of you.
