The Personality
Personality is the psychological nature of the individual or personal identity. It has features central (core) and peripheral (secondary). Central features: Are the characteristic features of the fundamental and lasting person. Peripheral Features: characteristics and behaviors that are subject to change, as the preferences. The personality is stable does not change easily over time.

Extraversion: The main characteristics of this personality are

Talkative, bold, active, lively, vigorous, positive, spontaneous, warm, energetic, enthusiastic, adventurous, talkative, frank, flashy, loud, dominant, sociable.
Agreeableness: The main characteristics of this personality are Warm, friendly, cooperative, detached, flexible, fair, courteous, trusting, forgiving, helpful, friendly, affectionate, gentle, kind, compassionate, considerate, agreeable.

Kinds of Personality
One of the major theories of personality was proposed by Carl Jung who born in Switzerland in 1875 and died in 1961. He made important contributions to the theory of personality and psychotherapy, particularly regarding the role of the unconscious in the life of humans. The terms introversion and extraversion were released by Carl Gustav Jung in his book Psychological Types and basic psychological types defined in the framework of his theory of personality: The Introversion: Is a typical attitude characterized by the concentration of interest in the internal processes of the subject. Introverts are primarily interested in their thoughts and feelings, his inner world. They tend to be deeply introspective.

The Extroversion, by contrast: Is a typical approach is characterized by the concentration of interest in an external object. Extroverts are interested in the outer world of people and things, try to be more sociable and be more aware of what is happening in their enviroment.
