GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) got in trouble for practices surrounding its own psychiatric drugsand for a diabetes drug to boot. GSK was found guilty of illegally marketing antidepressants Paxil and Wellbutrin and downplaying safety risks of diabetes drug Avandia.
