    LATAR BELAKANG INTEGRATED REPORTING

    Memberikan alternatif model bisnis dan pengambilan keputusan perusahaan yang mencerminkan pemahaman mengenai hubungan yang kompleks antara economic, governance, environmental, dan social issues.
    Dengan kata lain, substansi dari integrated reporting adalah:
    1. Menyediakan laporan yang menyajikan informasi terintegrasi baik informasi keuangan maupun informasi non keuangan seperti environmental, governance, social issues. (Eccles dan Krzus 2010, Azam et al. 2011, PwC 2010, Oates 2009, White 2005)1 2. Menekankan pentingnya transparansi dalam pelaporan kinejra perusahaan.
