Owned and managed by service provider. Customer has no control over the infrastructure location. Services provided on pay per use basis.
Private Cloud
Infrastructure is made available to an organization. Limits access to enterprise and partner network. Retains high degree of control, privacy and security. Accessed from "inside" the firewall. Can be expensive. Can be hosted internally or externally.
Hybrid Cloud
A hybrid infrastructure takes advantage of both public and private clouds: Critical applications hosted on private cloud Less critical applications hosted on public cloud.
Community Cloud
Infrastructure is shared between organizations. Organizations must be of the same community.

Includes Gmail, Google Groups, Google Calendar, Talk, Docs and Sites.
