Constraints:
 We register too little
 High drop out during the schooling process
 Main reasons:
 Poverty (economic reasons)
 School too far away
 Child as free labour for poor families
 Cultural barriers for girls,
 Violence in school
 Perception that children learn nothing,
 2006 crises
 etc.
