Started 19 years ago Founded 1987 Accept teachers from other countries of the world

VIF intends to ensure that students, educators and communities worldwode reap the benefits of international education.

All schools should have at least one international exchange teacher


All students should be exposed to a variety of exhange teachers during their academic careers All communities should have an equal opportunity to develop globally literatre citizens to build a foundation for success in the global marketplace.

2. FULBRIGHT TEACHER EXCHANGE PROGRAM


Helped nearly 23, 000 teachers and administrators to promote mutual understanding between the US and countries around the world 30 countries participate in the program

3. INTER-AFRICAN TEACHER EXCHANGES


provide opportunity for African teachers to learn from teaching environment envisioned to create cultural awareness and tolerance of developments

4. CANADIAN EDUCATORS EXCHANGE


CEE is non-profit foundation which handles both student and educator exchanges - offers educators and their student an opportunity to broaden their understanding of one another cultures, customs and languages.

2 KIND OF EXCHANGES 1. One Year Exchangees these exhanges enable teachers in Alberta to swap their jobs (and homes) with teachers in other countries for the period of one year. 2. Short Term Exhanges occur during the pring and summer holidays www.ceef.ca
