o It is located at a distance of about 25km from the centre of Bengaluru city. o It is easily accessible from Marathahalli Outer Ring Road Junctions, turning east towards Brookefield Road between Whitefield and Krishnarajapuram. o This Layout is very close to Information Technology Park (ITPL) on Brookefield and doesnt require much of a travel to reach Devanahalli Business Park.

o The recent developments in this locality are due to the growth of surrounding IT companies, and so many are on the lookout for apartments in Aecs Layout for future investment purposes.
