What is Chiromancy?

Chiromancy or cheiromancy, is the art of characterization and foretelling the future through the study of the palm, also known as palmistry, palm-reading, chirology or hand analysis. The practice is found all over the world, with numerous cultural variations.

Who is a Chiromancer?
Those who practise chiromancy are generally called chiromancers, palmists, palm readers or chirologists. Palmist is a person who claims to be able to interpret somebodys character or tells somebodys future by looking at the somebodys lines on the palm of his hand..

From where it is originated?

Palmistry was thought to have originated from ancient China approximately 3000 years B.C. Details of Palmistry can also be found in Indian Scriptures approximately 500 years B.C. The ancient Chaldeans, Tibetans, Sumerians, Babylonians, early Hebrews, Persians and Egyptians all studied Palmistry. The Greeks were also keen students of Palmistry and it is through them that Palmistry found its way to Europe in the early 14th Century

Real Origin

But in the light of islam the palmistry and astronomy was originated from the nation of Hazrat Luut (ALeh Salam) That qoom was ruined because they have crossed their limits in fortune telling

Where do the lines in the palm come from and why are they there?

Our hands are the basic instrument of touch and play a crucial roll in conditioning the brain, body and emotions to develop certain responses to the world around us. As infants we touch everything and the impressions we receive are recorded in our brain. The speed of the neurons between the nerve endings in our finger tips and those of the brain are too fast to quantify and it is thought, that because of this remarkably close relation- ship, impressions that are left on the brain are also recorded in the palms.

Palmistry Terminology

Palmistry can be divided into three main areas: CHIROGNOMY, CHIROMANCY and DERMATOGLYPHICS.
CHIROGNOMY deals with the basic personality characteristics

reflected by the size, shape and outward appearance of the hand. CHIROMANCY offers the ability to predict the past, present and future, based on the lines in the palms itself. DERMATOGLYPHICS is the name given to the study of the skin ridges and patterns covering the palm and fingers. This is used by police world wide to identify people through their finger prints

How to Judge A REAL PALMIST

My view on this can be summarised by the statement "the proof is in the pudding". The easiest way to convince yourself is by going to a Palmist who knows nothing about you. If they are able to define your character, mention a few things that happened in the past and relate to the present, then you will be far more receptive to what is said about the future. This together with the fact that there have been a number of distinguished Philosophers who also stamped their seal of approval on the science, offers a further sense of validity

Famous People in Palmistry

Amongst the famous names in Palmistry were Aristotle, Alexander the Great, Claudius Galen, Anaxagoras, Hippocrates, Artemodoros of Ephesus and Claudius Ptolemaeus. One of thebest known later day palmists was Count Louis Hamon, better known as "Cheiro"meaning 'hand'. Cheiro was the author of several books which predominantly followed the theories of two other well established authorities, D'Arpentigny (born 1798) and Desbarrolles (born 1801).

As a profession

Most of the people in the world are earning their lives through palmistry India Pakistan Bangladesh are some major parts where palmistry and astronomy are being adopted by most of the people as a profession.

In the light of Islam

The Quran says, No soul knows what it will earn tomorrow (Luqman: 34)

It is forbidden for Muslims to consult the future tellers or astronomers . We should not believe in their predictions. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said, Do not associate with the astrologers He also said, Whoever goes to a fortuneteller and asks him something and believes in his words, will have his prayers rejected for forty days. Whoever visited a soothsayer and believed in his words has denied the Revelation to Muhammad (i.e., the Quran).

Believe or Not?

It is forbidden for Muslims to consult the future tellers or astronomers We should not believe in their predictions. And have to keep a believe that we are a TRUE Muslim

Suggestion
As it is true that palmistry is a complete practice And through palmistry we can read ones nature ,life style his past, present or may be future but as islam forbids us to do this act and not to be the one of doing this So we should have to believe on Allah because Bay shak Allah Sunnay wala aur jannay wala hay (al quran)
