Offline tool - Plan Editor

Plan Editor allows you to edit radio network plans offline; you can modify all RNW parameters on a PC.

You can make changes to the network topology or do either single parameter changes or mass operations on large groups of parameters in a format that can be used by network planning and management systems.
Plan Editors graphical user interface displays managed objects in a hierarchical order and provides a drag-and-drop functionality to ease the planning work. Plan Editor includes a reporting functionality, Parameter Dictionary, for online reference and help on parameter value ranges, and the possibility to store several default parameter sets.
