Power
An authority enabling a man or woman to dispose of an interest vested either in himself / herself or in another man or woman. In the case of de facto government, brute force.

Authority
Lawful or rightful power; a right to command or to act; authority exercised by a man or woman by virtue of his / her office or trust; dominion; jurisdiction; authorization; as, the authority of a prince over subjects, and of parents over children; the authority of a court.

Checks, Balances & Proper divisions of Powers

De Facto

Executive
Executive Administrative Powers where they are to just manage. They are making laws through Executive Orders which makes them a Monarchy.

Grand Jury
Peoples branch from the Magna Carta. The CHECKS and BALANCE, Grand and Petite Juries judge both the law and the truth(s). Only to say YEA or NAY on Constitutionality or Lawfulness.

Legislative
Make rules at their discretion (for their benefit) to confiscate and redistribute the peoples wealth using civil law or corporate policy.

Judicial

Legislative
Only to create laws with in the bounds of the Constitution & Common Law plus manage treasury.
Only to manage public domain property, protect the borders and oversee intra / interstate commerce for We the People.

Judicial
Today they are making law(s) and over turning the will of the people as in Judicial Activism. Operates in concert with Executive branch.

Executive

Assumed Power over the PEOPLE

Delegated authority from the PEOPLE

Executive, Judicial, and Legislative are fighting for Power, while All The People have no authority and are given privileges that can be taken away on a whim. We The People have all the authority from which we delegate small portions to the four branches to conduct the business of We The People.
