Scope of Investment. Current Trend of Real Estate in areas across DELHI NCR, UP, NOIDA & GREATER NOIDA. Preferences of Customers. Evaluate the effectiveness of major Real Estate players.

Descriptive Research method was used for data collection. Visiting Real Estate Agents across Delhi NCR region. Primary Data and Secondary Data which is both Qualitative and Quantitative in nature.

Customers have short history of Real Estate Investment. Its hard to determine best opportunities and there is risk of poor professional advice. Customers prefer to invest in Residential Projects than Commercial Projects. Real Estate Asset allocation decisions are of much importance. Customers rate brand advertising as a weak influence. NOIDA & GREATER NOIDA are places of huge investment.

LIMITATIONS
Biasness of Real Estate agents towards a particular company. Lack of knowledge of agents and customers outside their scope. People tend to favor specific kind of market. Some generalizations by the targeted agents. Greater possibilities of fraudulent activities.

Real Estate market in Northern India has tremendous

potential. There is cut-throat competition among developers. DELHI NCR region is one among the greatest real estate playing cities. Availability of land at affordable prices. Effort has been made to provide a clear view about Real Estate and its present scenario in DELHI NCR.

With prices of property, infrastructure should also grow. Provide best services from real estate Agents. Remove allotment problems. Bank interest rates must go low for survival of Real Estate. Hidden costs must not exist. Developers should come up with timely projects. Pre-Launching should not make customers feel cheated. Supply of 2 & 3 BHK Apartments should increase in Gurgaon.
