To undertake the comparative analysis of public sector banks (SBI bank and PNB bank) in housing loan sector. To study the cost of home loans provided by banks To know that which bank provide better loan schemes. To study consumer preference for the above two mentioned housing finance players. To analyze the satisfaction level of these banks Home Loan Customers.

Target audience: The study aimed to include the customers of SBI and PNB in Agra. Sample Size: A Sample size of 100

respondents will be taken for the current


study: 50 from PNB and 50 from SBI.
