The Problem
Most Jobs Now Require a College Certificate or Degree.
By 2025 Over A Million California Students Will Lack Degrees Needed to Fill Labor Market Demands. Lack of Post-Secondary Education = Low Wage Jobs or Chronic Unemployment.

Finding Solutions: Using Actionable Data and Collaboration


Creating a shared pathway to college and career readiness by connecting Pre-K through 12 to postsecondary education. Increasing college completion by reducing the need for remedial coursework through the use of effective interventions and multiple measures of placement.

Targeting and improving the transition from postsecondary education to the workforce.

Building the Pipeline

College and workforce readiness begins with early childhood education and continues along the education-to-workforce pipeline.
