Project Details Background

UTC owns and operates more than 1000 buses on inter-state and intra-state routes serving the people of the state UTC aims for improving the infrastructure at the bus terminals and wishes to redevelop the following bus terminal/s on PPP:. Ramnagar (appr.2.8 4acres) Kashipur (appr. 3.3 acres) Rudrapur (app. 4.17 acres) Srinagar (appr 2.95 acres) Old bus terminal of Srinagar (~0.6 acre) would also form a part of the Project. to be developed as a commercial area with facility for boarding and alighting of the passengers

SALIENT FEATURES OF RFP

Architectural Plan Preferred Bidder shall submit the Architectural Plan/s for each bus terminal prepared by a member of the Indian Institute of Architects or an equivalent institution outside India. Architectural Plan/s shall consist of the following :

Overall concept plan including landscaping Architectural Plan/s for each floor and specifically highlighting the Workshop and Bus terminal Facility. Area utilisation plan for Workshop, Bus terminal Facility and Commercial Area Implementation plan: The methodology should clearly demonstrate the compliance of the approach to be adopted by the Bidder for the implementation of the Project to the minimum specifications set out in the Draft Concession Agreement. Timelines for development: The Bidder shall indicate the activity
