    MODAL AUXILIARIES
    They are helping verbs that express a wide range of meanings,such as, ability, permission, possibility, necessity, etc. Modal Auxiliaries + the simple form of a verb I can play the piano She should stay in class We would prepare our oral presentation.

    CAN :habilidad para hacer algo Affirm CAN + VERB INF.


    I can speak English He can run 10 kms. You can drive your car. She can write a poem They can play football We can sing a song. It can open without a key

    CAN: habilidad Neg. Form CANT + VERB INF


    I cant speak English He cant run 10 kms. You cant drive your car. She can`t write a poem They cant play football We cant sing a song. It cant open without a key

    CAN: poder hacer algo INTERROGATIVE CAN+VERB INF.


    Can I speak English? Can He run 10 kms.? Can you drive your car? Can she write a poem? Can they play football? Can we sing a song? Can it open without a key?

    SHOULD: Se usa para expresar obligacin menor


    I should study more You should eat fruits He should run twice a week. She should drink 2 litres of water per day. It should rain more in winter They should talk to their kids We should buy an apartment

    SHOULD Negative form SHOULD + VERB INF
