Manager
Must be a graduate of a 4-year course Should have a 10-year work experience in a pharmaceutical company

Pharmacist
Must be a graduate of B.S. Pharmacy Must be 18 years old and above Must be a licensed pharmacist, who attended at least 3 PRCsponsored seminars

Pharmacy Assistant
Must be a graduate of any 4-year course Must have a refreshing personality and good communication skills

The drugstore is open 24 hours so as to have advantage over other competitors To provide amount of production so that constant workforce can be employed to handle the demand day after day and week after week Since the pharmacy is near the hospital, it is best to be open 24 hours so that we can provide the needs of the patients Shifting every 8 hours
