There are different types of apples, but the one I
chose was the Gala apple.
The gala apple is one of the most popular apples
in the United States and they are mostly always
found in grocery stores, food markets, or at your

As far as the pricing goes for these types of

Why are they so popular?
The reason why apples are known to be one of
the healthiest fruits and not just for their
delicious taste, they are also full of healthy
antioxidants, fiber, vitamins, and minerals.
They are mainly a good source for CHO, Fiber,

Farm Harvest
Apple trees require seeds for growth and need the full sun as well.
They should be planted in the late Spring and should be positioned in full
sunlight.
They are mostly exclusively in the northern hemisphere where there are
warm climates.
Apple trees need well-drained soil, not too wet. The tree should also be well
watered for proper fruit production.
Apples keep well for about six months at temperatures between 32 and 45
degrees F.
Soil needs to be moderately rich and retain moisture as well as air.
U.S. galas are harvested beginning in mid-July and are typically available
year round.
