Conclusion:
Right working environment motivates the employees. Frustration, anxiety and anger of employees can be prevented by providing them with the right working environment and strong organization culture.
Other independent variables which are included in leadership factors of corporate culture like training, teamwork and fair treatment also have positive impact on employee performance.
