1st test to check the 2G site information.

1. 2. 3. 4. 5. Before moving to the site you have to contact the OMC engineer or RF engineer to be sure the site is activated and doesn't have any alarms and all the service is activated on the site. If the answer from the OMC engineer or RF Engineer is OK so we can start our SSV test. After connecting you mobiles to the probe and confirm its connected on the Software the first test will be checking the site information. From the window of the UE State (View=> GSM=> GSM Radio Parameters) check CGI (MCC,MNC, LAC, CI), Rx Level Full for Idle & Rx Level Sub for Dedicated. You have to confirm the Data you get from the test is typical like the data from the engineering parameter then you have to fill the following table.

How to discover the cross sector.

1. 2. 3. After you Check the BCCH & BSIC for each cell. You have to compare it with the engineering parameter data. And if you found BCCH from the field is not matching the data from the engineering parameters in this case we can say its cross sector. A. This case doesn't have a cross sector

Stationary Test & Mobility test

The stationary test will be under each sector. We will be standing under the sector (not moving by car) to have a

good RX level to make the function check.

Check the Handover between all the sector clock wise & Anticlock wise and Handover with the Neighboring site

Test log Naming rules

Folder name for every site XXXXX=SW+Site Name+mm+dd+YYYY

With 3 Sub folders for every sector with the CI & one for SSV
