CONFLICT
Any situation in which your concerns or desires differ from those of another person i.e. a disagreement between two or more people. Conflict is neither good nor bad. It is a normal part of life. Conflict happens when your NEEDS are different from the NEEDS of somebody else.

VIOLENCE
When you force yourself over another person and cause harm to get your way. A violent act can be physical, verbal or emotional. Violence is NOT THE SAME as conflict. Violence is a negative way of dealing with conflict

3 STEPS TO CANCEL YOUR FEAR:


1. Resolve to be a person of faith: First thing to do for cancelling out fear is to determinedly say I dont want to be motivated by anxiety and fear anymore. I now decide-I now determine-I now will- that my anxiety and fear be bought under control, even eliminated, and that I become a person of faith. 2. Work for one fear at a time: Take a piece of paper and prepare complete and honest list of all the things you are afraid of. Study your list carefully and determine your most pervasive feara) The one that may be present every day. b) That disturbs you the most. Decide to attack that particular fear alone. Dont try to attack two or more fears at one time.

3. Increase your faith: This is a method of increasing the faith quickly. To do this take large doses of faith into your mind. Work at it zealously and constantly, with the purpose of saturating your very consciousness. Search the passages that express the greater values people ever had and say them over and over until they completely dominate your thinking. It will not take a long time until these powerful thoughts begin replacing your fears.

END YOUR FEAR OF PEOPLE


The main questions are: 1) What in this world is there to be afraid of? 2) Why should anyone go through life like a scared rabbit? 3) Why many individuals live miserable lives due to fear that other people affects their personal relationships? 4) Why some people give up participation in an event or group? Just because someone else makes them feel inferior? The only one in this world to fear is God, and that doesnt mean to be afraid of him. It means to esteem Him. Be strong and of good courage. There is nothing else to fear.

Help other shy people: In every group there are shy people may be the loudest talker, trying to cover up his inferiority feelings. Single out that one person and show him attention. This will help both of you. Be yourself entirely: Remember that you are distinctive and that you are the only one of you in existence. This will free you from a slavish simulation of other people. Love others: The best way to overcome the fear of other people is to learn to love them. You will feel less inferior in their presence and more normal your relationships with them will be. Pray for them: With whom you feel backward or uncomfortable. Ask God to help them with their problems. In time they will sense your prayerful regard and will appreciate you for it.
