What is the meaning?


Embarrassment is an expressing feeling of being worries end ashamed or emotional state experienced upon having a socially or professionally unacceptable act. Anger is an expressing a strong feeling which makes you want to hurt someone or be unpleasant because of something unfair or hurtful that has happened.

Expressions of Embarrassment
What an embarrassment! I must say that its an embarrassment! Thats a real embarrassment! I feel awkward Im shy to say so It really makes me ashamed!

I was very embarrassed!

Expressing Anger
Oh dear! Oh, bother! Well, Ive never been so insulted in my life! Who are you to say such a thing to me? Youre getting me angry! You burn me up!

Calming someone down:


Relax Take it slow Take it easy Maybe youre a little too sensitive about Dont let it bother you Getting angry wont help

Asking if someone is angry


Whats the matter? What happened? What do you look so insulted about? Why are you acting so insulted? Did I insult you? Are you angry about something?

What are you so angry about? What is make you mad?

There several possible ways to express anger.


1. Blowing off steam (expressing ones own grudges) 2. Mild rebuke (grumbling and complaining softly) 3. Extreme politeness (expressing anger by using a very polite greeting) 4. Silence (being angry without words but showing emotion) 5. Sarcasm (being angry with nice words in a very painful way) 6. Screaming and yelling (being angry with a loud voice) 7. Threatening (saying you will do harm) 8. Swearing (being angry using rude words)

1st Conversation
A : Today is my bad day B : Why? What's wrong? A : I feel down from motorcycle in front of Campus B : Really? Are you Ok? A : I am fine, but I feel so embarrassed because my shoes were flying over me and my skirt was torn. B : You must be very ashamed. A : You bet. I felt so ashamed to know that. I don't feel convenient because there were some boys hanging out.

2nd Conversation
Andy : Mom, have you seen my tie? I couldnt find it. : Its on your desk. You put it last night, dont you remember that? : No, I was busy last night. And Mom, did you see my presentation essay? : Oh, dear! You cant find your essay? Dont be careless! You are not a kid any more!
