7. Graduate Attributes
Graduates of the Colleges first degree, the Bachelor of Applied Health Science (Clinical Aesthetics) will be professionals who are academically, professionally and ethically equipped for careers in the rapidly growing areas of:
Applied health care, aesthetics and dermal therapy centres effectively working in teams with plastic surgeons, nurses and other aestheticians. Health and well-being together with the anti-ageing industry. Patient care and support for cosmetic and medical practitioners. Aesthetics practices in a range of clinical settings. Cosmetic and pharmaceutical industries.

Graduates will contribute to the development and demonstrate the importance of standards in semi-invasive body modification.

8. Relationships & Resources


1. Leveraging the high calibre and extensive networks of the Colleges Directors, Academic Board members and the Course Advisory Committee. 2. Allocating the proven facilities, managerial and administrative capabilities of our parent company (MHMA). 3. Working with strategic partners including bookshops, providers of on-line databases, libraries, scientific laboratories and medical practitioner clinics. 4. Capturing synergies through the support of professional organizations, eg. Australian Society of Plastic Surgeons. 5. Building on the Colleges existing industry relationships, deep engagement and substantial standing.

The Colleges Senior Management Team comprises:
Russell Joshua, CEO; Russell Joshua, (Interim) Executive Dean#; Russell Joshua, Business Development Manager; Kelly Nicholas, Marketing & Sales Manager; Janis Gordon, (Acting) Manager Knowledge & Facilities*; Matthew Brash, Registra; Brian Moses & Dean Kostic, Managers IT&C Carol Lewis, Human Resources Manager; Gary Grieg, Manager Quality Assurance; John George, Financial Controller; and, Head of Schools; Ray Hayek, Applied Health Science; Brad Bennett, Acting, Business & Entrepreneurship; Gary Greg, Acting, Education & Training; Janis Gordon, Design & Creativity; Matthew Andrew, Languages & Communication; and, Brad Bennett, Acting, Tourism & Hospitality.

A permanent Executive Dean will be appointed in early 2012 following an extensive global search for an internationally renowned, appropriately qualified and highly skilled academic leader. * A CIO will be recruited in mid 2012 who will be responsible for the knowledge and facilities functions of the College.
