Course Synopsis
This course introduces the communication skills expected in a general business environment, including interpersonal, group, presentational, electronic, nonverbal and written communication as well as techniques for adjusting to the communicative culture of various business organizations.

Must attached your assignment with cover paper. Follow the standard cover paper given by lecturer. Upon submitting your assignment, email softcopy to pavani@must.edu.my . Submit printed copy to the lecturer. You can hand in the assignment in class or pass it to my office. Softcopy submission is crucial, as it will be scan through to check plagiarism. If student find guilty, he/she required to re-do the whole assignment again. Failed to do so, the student will fail the assignment. 0% will be awarded to plagiarized paper. Presentation slides also has to printed out for submission (handout mode).
