Crocodile Swamp: (Tyres and Planks) the old favourite of staying off the floor. Carry the King: (broom handles, rope and a tyre) creating a structure so you can carry a team mate through the cones

Why teach FUNdamentals?


Supports the teaching of physical education in Primary Schools Controlled body movements will help children to play a variety of sports Being physically competent will increase childrens self esteem and confidence It will encourage children to be more involved in physical activity outside school It is FUN !!!!

What can you do to help?


Play fun activities with children to develop their balance, coordination and agility (TOPs cards) Allow children to practice the core movement skills that underpin most sports and activities Teach children generic sports skills (eg. throwing, catching, striking, kicking) and let them practise (TOPs cards) Organise FUN multi-skill / multi-sports competitions (TOPs cards)
