HISTORY OF DIPLOMACY
Diplomacy is long been an important tool or technique among different countries and nations to mitigate or resolute any kind of dispute or conflict between them. The history of diplomacy is very long. In Europe the diplomacy was first developed in Italy. In Asia, China is the first to introduce and practice diplomacy to communicate among small states. In the post-Nepolean era diplomacy became widespread. Finally , it matured in Vienna convention in 1963.

DIPLOMATIC IMMUNITY
The job of diplomats are sometimes tough and requires some kinds of immunity to get this job well done. For this sake the Vienna

convention has outlined some kinds of immunity to the diplomats.


These are as follows:

The diplomats are not under the host country-law to be punished for
any crime at best he can declared as Persona Non-Gratia.

During travel the bag and baggage of diplomats can not be checked. Diplomats income is not under tax law of the host.

DIPLOMACY AND ESPIONAGE

generally

kept

to

maintain

good

relationships between countries. But, The history of diplomacy proves the relationship between diplomacy and espionage. A lot of cases can be referred to the

embassies recruit fake diplomats to collect intelligence

from the host country. In this case this diplomat can be


expelled or be treated as Persona Non-Gratia. The

counter-intelligence agencies are active in this regard.

Diplomacy is one of the useful and pragmatic way to resolute any problem arisen between two countries, nations and even persons. It brings a useful solution by discussion and compromise. There are different process and strategies for handling international issues and disputes. Those

diplomatic recognition from other countries even for


the fully sovereign countries. There may be few reasons why a country do not get diplomatic recognition from another. Those are:
