Diplomacy is long been an important tool or technique among different countries and nations to mitigate or resolute any kind of dispute or conflict between them. The history of diplomacy is very long. In Europe the diplomacy was first developed in Italy. In Asia, China is the first to introduce and practice diplomacy to communicate among small states. In the post-Nepolean era diplomacy became widespread. Finally , it matured in Vienna convention in 1963.
