EMPLOYEES WELFARE AND BENEFITS

UNIFORM AND CLOTHING ALLOWANCE


Pursuant to General Appropriations Act, a uniform and clothing allowance of not more than P4,000.00 each per annum is granted to government officials and employees which may be given in cash or in kind.

STEP INCREMENT
The Department shall grant step increment for every three (3) years of continuous service in the position.

LOYALTY PAY
The Department shall grant all employees of a loyalty pay of not more than P1,000.00 for every year of service to be paid on the 10th year of continuous and satisfactory service and every five (5) years thereafter.

PRODUCTIVITY INCENTIVE BONUS


The Department shall grant all employees with a PIB of not more than P2,000.00 for the first and second semester

REHABILITATION PROGRAM
In case of job-related injuries, an employee may apply for Rehabilitation Leave for a maximum of six (6) months pursuant to Sec. 55 (Rehabilitation Leave for Job-Related Injuries) and Rule XVI (Leave of Absence) on the Omnibus CSC Rules Implementing Book V of EO No. 292.

A. Legal basis

To provide financial assistance to DOLE employees whenever death occurs in the family.
C. Coverage

MASS membership is voluntary and open to all DOLE officials and employees in the Central and Regional Offices holding regular, casual and regular contractual positions.
