Stainless steel, Glass, Impact HT LABOR + HOSPITALTECHNIK AG is using pure materials instead of critical mixtures. In case of fire, there will be no development of toxic gases.

Production:
Thanks to product purity, all overcuts can be returned into the material cycle without additional effort.

Utilization:
By application of pure materials, we also protect our customers and staff for emissions. The surfaces have an proven antimicrobicidal effect.

Recycling:
All used materials are recyclable and thus can be disposed simply and environmental friendly even after decades of use.

Higher x-ray protection rates up to max. requirements of 50,00 mm Pb for walls, doors and windows are possible by means of lead shielding.

Electro-magnetic shielding
High-frequency electromagnetic waves generate electromagnetic radiation up to 9 Tesla. It disturbes all surrounding electronic equipment and must be dissipated by a complete closed shielding. All air conditioning-, electric- and gas-channels are fitted with filter systems.

Surface characters
Testing of the susceptibility to germination, cleaning possibilities, antimicrobial effect and microbial resistiveness has documented, that our materials meet with the most demanding hygienic requirements. Bacteria, viruses and fungi will be reduced just by the material properties The plain, closed surfaces avoid the penetration of pathogenic agents and thus avoid development of bio film The materials are resistant against transformation by microorganisms

Cleaning and Disinfection

All materials are tested and certified for application in clean rooms. Resistant against detergents and germicides according to VAH-list
