Upgrading Works to Park Hotel Orchard Park Hotel Orchard is an existing 333 rooms Hotel of 11 Storey height and 2 basement levels. It is located right in the heart of Orchard Road shopping belt and it will be shut down for a period of time to enable major retrofitting works to be carried out. The building framework will remain but the entire internal finishes and the M&E installations will be replaced with new. More retail spaces will be introduced from Basement 1 to 4th Storey levels and these spaces would target high end designer boutiques to complement the neighbouring high end Paragon and Takashimaya Shopping Centres. JRP is engaged as the M&E Consultant for this retrofitting works.

Park Hotel Clarke Quay This development is a 10-storey hotel block consists of 340 hotel rooms situated at Clarke Quay. The development to strategically placed where accessibility to facilities and activities such as bars, nightclubs, discos and restaurant is easily obtained. The total gross floor area for this development is approximately 11060 m2. The hotel consists of facilities such as gym, spa, restaurant, jacuzzi, swimming pool, etc.

The total project cost is estimated to be S$45 million.

J Roger Preston (S) Pte Ltd has been involved in this 275 bedroom five star hotel in Sentosa Island, Singapore. Completed Mechanical and Electrical services engineering has been provided, with design solutions to optimise efficiency and ease of operation, and reduce future maintenance works.

Sheraton Lagoon, Bali, Indonesia This picturesque 5-star resort hotel is located in Nusa Dua Bali and was completed in 1991. J Roger Preston (S) Pte Ltd undertook the design of all M&E services including the lagoon circulation systems. J Roger Preston (S) Pte Ltd has completed the 276 room five star Sheraton Lagoon in Bali, Indonesia. This premium resort hotel features over 3,500 m2 of artificial lagoons, cascades and water falls for which the engineers designed the circulation and filtration systems.
