User access control CAR When the user enters the network, the system bandwidth resource is checked to ensure the committed rate. Otherwise, the access request is rejected (the BE service is not controlled). Speedlimited processing based on flow levels
Traffic shaping Smoothening the burst traffic to avoid the transient traffic impact
Priority guarantee Ensuring that the service with high priority can use the resource of service with low priority. For example, configure the service of UGS, ertPS, and rtPS can use the resource of nrtPS, BE
Bandwidth threshold alarm When the occupied bandwidth resource of the whole system reaches the threshold, the alarm is available.

Hot swappable Hardware system Lock function boards of all types redundancy of boards
The SRU and SPU supports active and standby hot back mode The LPU supports the active and standby or loadsharing hot back mode The power supply works in load-sharing hot backup mode The fan system works in redundant backup mode

The board does not have any new service access. The former service is gradually separated. Thus, the board can be isolated finally.

All boards are configured in 1+1 backup mode. Two SRUs are fixed in slots 9 and 10. Other slots are used for the SPU and LPU. Generally, two LPUs are configured. Slots 1 and 2 are reserved for the LPU to facilitate cabling. Two/four/six SPUs are configured according to the requirements. The neighboring two boards are one pair and can be configured in slots 3/4, slots 5/6 and slots 7/8.
