PROBLEMS
No proper Caf for the buyers to eat, you can not eat anything inside the Store, only a coffee shop is present inside the Hyperstar. Less space as compare to Metro and Makro although it is double storey but products are more and space is lesser. Display of goods is minimum which is a great draw back, specially in textile. No dummies are available for the display of clothing.

Conclusions& Recommendations
Store should be enhanced in its design , layout and fixtures.
They should allow students to complete their research on Hyperstar and must be permitted to capture images of product placement.
Website should be updated regularly and even Facebook page should be updated on regular basis.
Should increase other good brands which are carrying their own personal good credibility, it will increase store traffic.
Soft music in background Customer service center should be given more space to keep customers luggage.
