STAR WIRES INDIA LIMITED, one of the leading mini steel plants is
engaged in the manufacturing of alloy steel, stainless steel and special
steel for the diversified engineering application in shape of castings,
forging and rolling product. Plant is fully equipped with modern
equipment and testing facilities which have created confidence and
ability for manufacturing various sophisticated grade of steel
conforming to international and national standards.
It has its own research and development centre to facilitate the
manufacturing activities and also catering to engineering and
manufacturing industries for failure analysis and other analytical
activities.
The plant is situated in ballabgarh, about 37 KMs from Delhi capital
of India on main Mathura road (NH-2). The location is at easy approach
by Air, Road and Rail.

1.Engine valve steel:-
Internal combustion engine valve steels graded highly alloyed (Mn-Ni-Cr-M0-N) magnetic and non-
magnetic steels, used for inlet & exhaust valve and shaft for bimetallic valves, which function under
stressed conditions.

3.Special steel products:-
Special steel rolled products
Our rolling mill division has 4 modern rolling mill roughing facilities. The mill are capable of rolling
all kind of special steel used for all types of engineering applications. The rolled products are
square, rectangular, round flat, hexagonal, octagonal, section of different sizes. The products
cater to automobile industry, power sector and other general engineering industries.
This steel is used for different purposes like forged components, machining or direct use for
manufacturing automobile components and other applications. The products are supplied as
rolled, centre less ground, heat treated, and cold drawn, peeled and machine straightened
condition.

4.Forged products:
We have 2 nos. of open die drop forging hammer for forging round and slab in different
sizes. The forge shop has electric bogies hearth furnace for taking care of heat
treatment of forged products.
We supply forged products to the customers as forged, heat treatment and machined
condition for printing industries, gear industries, power sector.

5.Forging quality ingot:-
our steel manufacturing shop is capable of producing the forging quality ingots of all
categories like stainless steel, alloy, carbon manganese steel, carbon steel etc. the
products is used for direct upsetting forging open die forging and other engineering
cases.
