The lubrication is initiated by pH adjustment and temperature raise. The
lubricant droplets grow together and form a homogeneous film on the
surface of the thread. Sylast-Series helps to make exhaust process quick,
simple & complete

Sylast lubricants for lick roll application have been optimized to wet
the lick roll with a uniform thin layer. When the thread comes into
contact with this layer, the lubricant is transferred to the thread and
spread out forming a homogeneous film on the surface of the thread.
Sylast series range includes lubricants that are formulated to give
optimum performance in dosing pump application. They fully cover
the thread forming a uniform lubricant film. They are so stable that
very little contamination builds up in the machine. This reduces
cleaning costs & idle time to a minimum

Normal lubricants often create a non-homogeneous layer, resulting in
insufficient smoothness of the thread. With Sylast Series you get a
homogeneous lubrication. Regardless of whether you use the exhaust process,
a kiss-roll or dosing pump, the lubrication result in perfect in all respects.
Without antistatic agents, a very high static charge builds up on
thread during sewing. Threads do not run smoothly, and this
inevitably results in poor sewing & poor seam quality.
Standard lubricants hardly reduce friction on thread, & they are a significant
factor in needle overheating without heat protection, sewing thread made of
synthetic fiber will melt. This weakens the thread, leading to crust formation
at needle. The result is thread breakage and limits on stitch frequency.
Sewing thread treated with Sylast lubricant glides smoothly into the fabric. It
provides heat protection for threads made of synthetic fiber. With Sylast you
can sew at high speeds without the risk of thread breakage.
In the sewing industry, there often is not enough time to adjust sewing machine
parameters to exactly match the sewing thread & the fabric. The consequences, for
example when working with thin or smooth materials, are often fatal-crinkled
seams & frustrated seamstresses.

Profinish-NPF: Wet waxing and softening agent For the finishing of yarns made

Profinish-210: Process bath lubricant for cotton, especially for cationic after
