DEFINISI HEPATITIS B DISEASE
Hepatitis B disease is liver disease,
caused by Hepatitis B virus, hepatitis B
mostly curable infection with in 1-2 days
with on treatment, when the infection is
more than six monts, it will cause chronic
hepatitis B disease, with became :

Chronic Inflammation of the liver
Liver cancer
Liver failure
And Death

ETIOLOGI HEPATITIS B DISEASE
The virus spreads thought direct contact
with body fluids from an infected organ
the body fluids incluiding :
Tranfusion of blood
Semen
Vaginal fluids
And saliva fluids

A mother who has the virus can pass it
her to baby during delivery. If you are
pregnant and think you may have been
exposed to hepatitis B, get tested. Have
you have the virus, your baby can get
shots to help prevent infection with the
Virus.
RISK FACTORS
This situation my increase the risk
factors of developing hepatitis B disease.
1. Having sex with someone, who is
infected with hepatitis B disease.
2. Injected drugs with a syringe.
3. Homosexsual.

Symptoms of hepatitis B disease may
appear around 25-180 days, after
exposure to hepatitis B virus.
The most comman symptoms are :
1. Yelllowish skin and eyes.
2. Fell tired.

5. Vomiting.
6. Joint pain.
7. Fever.
8. Dark urine.
9. Itching spreads.

DIAGNOSIS
Hepatitis B disease is diagnosed by blood
test, blood test is also used to monitor
the effect on the liver. Required for
chronic hepatitis liver biopsy. Biopsy is
the removal of tissue for testing.
MEDICAT ION

1. Interferon alfa-2b (intron A) Injection.
2. Lamiyudine(Epivir-HBV) Oral medication.
3. Adefovir (Hepsera) Oral medication.
